[Intro]
There are two approaches to the intro depending on which part you want to do, either strum each chord
once and let it ring out or listen to the picking pattern on each one. The pattern shifts one the D chord is
brought in to begin the verse.

Em7 - A - Em7 - A - Em7 - A - D

[Verse]
DWhen they stole that van

From in front of my house
GThere was a part of me tied to engine
AMaybe I was the engine
GDragging those boys through the desert
ATumbleweeds in my hubcaps
GTambourine shoved in the driveshaft
AGood chords locked in the glovebox

DPull it all downstairs

In the red light bar

On the carpeted Stage
GThe ceiling comes down to my ballcap
AOutside the air weighs a hundred pounds
GBridesmaids pour out of the bar doors
AEverything black but the concrete

DYou take the front seat

I'll try to drive

It's hard enough singing
GWhen the hotel chokes on your memories
AMaybe let's watch The Sopranos
GMaybe let's order Chinese
AThe laundry machine isn't breathing

[Fill] Em7 - A - Em7 - A - Em7 - A - D

DI write about Julie

In a little white chair

There's nothing for music
GThere's styrofoam crushed in the garbage
ASomeone says let's get a move on
GAw man I'm just gettin my groove on
AThere's sleeping bags over their shoulders

DI thought you were crying

You said you through

For good, nothing funny
GIt always goes that way this time
ASan Francisco in the nighttime
GPacing outside of the grocery store
ASaying I can't Do this

DWe went in the woods

It was just me and you

The river was dry
GYou pulled me down under the water
AFunny what makes you feel cared for
GFunny how well I remember
AWhat a relief to be grateful
GThe blood leaks right out of my body
ARight out of my body

DAt the family reunion

Above ground pool

There were uncles all over
GNieces on edges of buildings
APeering down into the party
GBarbecue breath on their pink tongues
ALemonade stains on their tank tops

GWe went away to a coat room
ALay still there under a window
GCalled out the names of your brothers
AThe truth is I live to roll over

[Outro]
Follows similar chord structures with some lead fills on top,
Em7 defintely comes more into play.
Maybe I will get around to adding those tabs into this eventually.
